Kevin Waugh serves as NHCOS’ Partnership Developer. He plays a key role in establishing support and partnerships with community organizations. Kevin has over 30 years of experience in development planning and implementation of projects throughout the DC Metropolitan communities. Presently, he is a Program Analyst with the federal government. He attended the University of the District of Columbia and studied Accounting. Kevin is dedicated and passionate about meeting the needs of those less fortunate. He loves people and giving back to the community. In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and exercising.
